In one of our recent discipleship group meetings we had a discussion based on a concept noted in the Watchman Nee book titled “Normal Christian Life” that used a statistical approach in defining the word sin. I thought this was a brilliant approach. As I have studied his work there is tremendous depth into what he has researched. However, from my online data science courses, I thought I would give this a whirl and see how statistically accurate his statement really was and any new insights not provided from the book.
His statement is as follows: “The first eight chapters of Romans form a self-contained unit. The four-and-a-half chapters from 1:1 to 5:11 form the first half of this unit and the three-and-a-half chapters from 5:12 to 8:39 the second half.
